U7 5-a-side Football Tournament

Last Friday, we were delighted to host an U7s boy's and girl's Football Festival, welcoming teams from Swans, Atalaya, St Anthony’s and Calpe. With around 100 pupils taking part throughout the morning, the festival was a fantastic celebration of school sport, participation and teamwork.

Despite the threat of rain earlier in the week, conditions were ideal on the day and the event ran smoothly from start to finish. Visiting schools were very complimentary about our new football pitch, which provided an excellent setting for the festival and showcased the continued development of our sporting facilities.

The festival was a particularly valuable experience for our pupils, many of whom were representing the school in a competitive environment for the first time. They demonstrated great enthusiasm, confidence and sportsmanship throughout, gaining invaluable experience while proudly representing the school.

A big thank you goes to all visiting schools for their participation, and to the staff and pupils who helped ensure the morning was so well organised. Events like this play an important role in building confidence, community and a positive sporting culture, and we look forward to hosting many more in the future.
