U9 3v3 Basketball Tournament

We were delighted to host another Costa del Sol sports event, this time welcoming Calpe, Sotogrande and Swans for a 3v3 Basketball Festival. With around 40 pupils taking part, the festival provided a fantastic morning of fast-paced, inclusive and enjoyable basketball.

The small-sided 3v3 format ensured pupils had plenty of time on the ball, helping to develop teamwork, decision-making and confidence in a competitive yet supportive environment.

The event ran smoothly throughout and created a great atmosphere, with excellent sportsmanship and enthusiasm shown both on and off the court.

A special mention goes to our boy’s team, who performed superbly and won all of their games convincingly, demonstrating strong teamwork and composure throughout the festival. Our girl's team also represented the school brilliantly, winning the majority of their matches and only narrowly missing out in one closely contested game.

While results were not the main focus of the morning, it was pleasing to see pupils applying their skills, supporting one another and enjoying the experience of representing the school. Thank you to the visiting schools for their participation, and to the staff and pupils who helped make the festival such a success. We look forward to hosting more events like this in the future.
